catex (born January 1, 1989) is a media moderator, film uploader, and boy band fanatic on crunchyroll. He currently resides in London, England.

On December 25, 2006, catex joined crunchyroll. He participated in music artist profiles, film uploading, and support questions on the forum. After attending BasouKazuma's bachelor party on April 21st, he was scarred for life after his innocence was taken away by the manwhore mauz15. Days later, he played the role as minister between BasouKazuma and redgarnettk. They were overjoyed by his presence at the wedding. That day he showed his undying love for redgarnettk, changing her vows to "I promise to give my life-giving and death-defying love only to you (and catex)."[1]
On July 5th, 2007, catex became the ninth crunchyroll media moderator. He was overjoyed with this new position and proclaimed his love of boy bands soon after.
Despite what he will claim, catex has a soft spot for long, drawn-out romance drama series. His favorites include, but are not limited to: A Love to Kill (featuring Rain), Full House (also featuring Rain), and Magic Touch of Fate (featuring Kangta). He just CANNOT get enough of Korean pretty boys. However, his heart will always be loyal to the Japanese pop group, Kat-tun. It's safe to say that he hearts Jin Akanishi.

He just has a knowledge of them, like an encyclopedia and the ways he learns each band boy is amazing. Although his horror movies that he uploads are pretty scary. Catex is nice, polite, and calm. Woot KAT-TUN and DBSK power! (also SuJu power) I would like to add that sometimes I think he's a fanboy who goes to KAT-TUN concerts and scream as loud as the fangirls themselves.

Catex uploads beautiful films and can be telepathically manipulated into uploading the movie you want to see next. Sometimes he posts funny things on the forums. He is half-chinese, but not small! His name is Catex and that's just plain awesome.

Birth Name: Wang Dong Cheng -- Adding onto the previous information about catex, NOT ONLY does he blissfully praises boy bands, but he is a member of one as well. His other band members and/or roommates include Wu Zun (Chun), Yan Ya Lun (Arron), and Chen Yi Ru (Calvin). He has the intelligence level of a baboon infant, especially things regarding criminal justice, skateboarding, film, and boy bands. Some of catex's hobbies includes being excessively obnoxious smart assed, housing viruses and bacteria for 364 days of the year, muttering endless English jabber, receiving black eyes from vigorous athletic activities, and distracting his fellow friends from doing a 10 page term paper at 6 o'clock Central Standard Time. His long-term life goal is to become stranded on an island with slowdanse. Eating crabs and stealing bananas are secretly his true passions in life. Nobody likes catex. I do not like catex, therefore I refuse to post on his fan page.
