Tatsuhiro Sato, young hikomori, meet, after a long isolation in his room, Miasaki Nakaha, who propose her services to help him. But Sato suspect the Nippon Hikikomori Kyōkai hidden face of the tv channel NHK to formate a conspiration against japanese young men in order to change everyone in hikikomori by broadcasting moe anime. He also meet an old school acquitance, his neigbour, an otaku and they both decide to create the ultimate ero-game.
